very, very few. Why is that so? Think. Certainly not because there is no

need. And of all the feedback I had so far in almost 20 years, performance

EXACTLY !!!

I am one of the very, very few actually using EMR (appts, billing,
demographics, reports, financial structure of practice, SOAP note, EMR/Soap
note integrated into coding and billing, Rx writing, Faxing Consult letters,
Faxing Rx to pharmacies.
And I still see my system with many flaws and fixes that need to be applied.
There obviously HAS to be a way to do it ALL and Correctly. Look, I realize
that is having my cake and eating it too, but that is what is NECESSARY in
running a Family Practice in this day and age. The software developers have
to listen to the physicians USING the System in real life. One final point,
you can NOT forget cost and downward and upward compatibility. Also SYSTEM
requirements.

Sincerely,
Alan Falkoff, M.D., D.A.B.F.P.
