I nominate Joe as coordinator of this gig; if each of us leaves a message
on his room phone giving our room #, he can easily give the list and a location
and time to the hotel operator and request it be distributed.
I'd suggest either an early-morning or late-afternoon assemblage; I suspect Sunday
is the day the most people are likely to be around, possibly Mondya.
Joe, I'll be at AMIA Friday PM through Tuesday AM.
