AMIA Open Source Birds of a Feather

There has been some discussion about having an informal get together at
AMIA. I would like to attend but only have limited time, so would like to
suggest that we organize a date, time and meeting place so that it happens
and I can make appropriate travel arrangements.

Is there a room we could borrow for the meeting?

When would be a good time and date?

If this has been worked out off line please post it so others attending can
join in.
