sure that I followed your last post clearly. :)  What issue are you
referring to?  My developers working on code that gets "closed" by a
commercial company or commercial companies "hijacking" code?

In medical software, where profit margins have traditionally been
enormous and marketing has been king this is the key issue.  This issue
will *definitely* *not* go away.
