I agree Tim - as per my reply to Andrew.  I don't know of any reason that Python
could not be used but I will have to leave it to my more knowledgeable
colleagues to give a more informed opinion on this.

I agree Peter. But it would be interesting to at least explore
the capabilities of Python as a language that could be used. Is
there a known reason why it is not suitable?
