thanks for catching that. It's important to not blindly shut out the
competition. Understanding their strategies and success are finding
viable alternatives in practice is essential if open source is to
succeed. It's quite clear that the line between providing a value-added
service and providing value-added software is quite thin and we will see
the entire sprectrum of open source related packaging thus:
source code/no support -- active developers mail --- active users mail
--- consulting services for installation/configuration --- support
services for production --- for fee improvements --- commerical packages
with some open source at their core.
