Hi Tim,
SAP began with binary release and announcements in late 2000 but now everything
including source code, development environment, web-tools have been released. There
have been some discussion on the PostgreSQL forum about what this means to PostgreSQL
development. The hope, of course, is that the two groups will be able to learn from
each other :-).
