Thanks, because this is what I had in mind.  The pointy-clicky 
things.  Thanks.  Will investigate these.

Hmmmmmm.  How many are M.D.'s?  Or don't M.D.'s count in medical open 
source?  I think Martin Luther wanted *everyone* to be able to *read* the
