Do you think it handfles BLOBS better than Postgres? What is your experience? 
We dropped Interbase in favour of Postgres when it showed some unstabilities 
running on Linux (but ran surprisingly stable on Windows), and I am not too 
happy with Postgres' BLOB handling (cumbersome).
