Hi
We are probably going to start using OSCAR soon. I work in rural
British Columbia as a family doc and we provide outreach to several
First Nations communities that do not have phone lines. I think one may
have a satellite net connection but at least one of the others does not
(probably 2 of the other communities).

OSCAR will run over the web so satellite net access could be very useful
in these areas.

Thoughts?
