  You are correct. That is exactly the problem we aim to address.
  As I described in my previous message, we are continuing to make steady
progress, now 5 years since we started the OIO project. As I mentioned
during my presentation at OSHCA 2002 and at eGov meeting earlier this
year, our next major milestone is to use OIO's workflows modeling
capability to reverse-engineering a popular EMR system. :-)
