I am not a MySQL expert but the author may be guilty of intentional
mis-information. My guess is that the author prefers to sell Microsoft SQL
Server products.
The statement in the "Price" row for MySQL is a blatant lie:
"$495 per server (free if you put your source code in the GPL)"
