Actually the GUI client, CPRS, is Delphi based...the browser just gets you through the download of the client which you need to install...and yes for now it only runs on Windows. The VA has a project to replace the current version of CPRS with a web based client...there has been discussion and exploratory effort in the WorldVistA community regarding porting it to Kylix or using Wine...so far minimal progress has been made.
