Calle, from your perspective, do you have any suggestions as to what key changes in design elements and focus should be? This is very interesting line of thought as it may also help relieve in countries that are "recruiting/poaching". I suppose the obvious is better citizen/patient education and more help for the individual and family so they can take a more active role in care and prevention. Cheers, Joseph
