Our clinical data repository project is using SNOMED, ICD9 and RxNorm.
While at first blush these all look great, we've found that they all
have warts. Nonetheless, there's nothing better out there. MULTUM is
certainly well regarded for drugs. I think RxNorm has better semantic
relationships. I don't think anyone will say you've made a mistake by
going with MULTUM.
