One very practical reason for incoporation, assuming there is interest in organizing conferences as we did in the past is that it makes it much easier to handle money. Without this every event is subject to a zero based budget model....we were lucky...the four conferences we organized all had sponsors who covered the risk and the costs. T
The primary concern that comes to mind regarding incorporation is what happens when there is a transition in management....most countries AFAIK require at least one director to be a citizen of that country....what happens if that person leaves the organization?
