Molly, I think you should incorporate in Malaysia eventually. As a Malaysian you'll have a very easy time doing it and know what it means.
The members of the protem committee have been discussing OSCHA incorporation since 2002 or perhaps earlier if memory serves. Why it didn't happen in France or Canada already is a mystery to me. globalknowledge.org provides a wonderful model. Is Microsoft the only north-American company a member of globalknowledge.org?
