All, Does the OpenHPI infrastructure provide a way for a plug-in to communicate add/remove of FRUs (Memory Modules, power supplies, and fans for example) that are non-hotswap units? FRUs could be removed or added while the target system is in a powered down state. I don't see any event that can be used for this case. I see hotswap state changes which are not applicable for this scenario.
