Anton, The project would benefit from having B.03 support. So from my perspective I would be okay with us start thinking about 2.13.3 schedule and plan upon having B.03 content in 2.14. So if we don't hear any objections from others to include your patch in 2.13.3 subsequently in 2.14, what is schedule like on publishing the patch.
