As I can see Qt4 has 3 license options: LGPL2, GPL3 and Commercial.
http://qt.nokia.com/products/licensing
Seems LGPL2 option is fine for us.

For example OpenHPI make use of glib-2.0 which is released
under LGPL2. I don't see any problem here.
