Well, I know how to add new subdirectory - just as svn add/svn commit.
Already did it with baselib and transport.

But hpibrowser is not juse a new subdirectory.
It will be a new project in repository with its only trunks, branches and
tags.
There is a guide about importing a new project.

I see it requires ssh access and admin rights.
Do you have it and do you have such experience?
