Hi,
the plugin is disabled by default. You need to use --enable-ipmi option
in configure to get it built.
But I agree that we should document somewhere more clearly that people
should use ipmidirect plugin instead. Where do you think would be the
right place to do so? I just looked into the README file. It is very
much outdated. I will open a bug report to update that. Do you think,
a statement in that file would be sufficient?
