I am working on openhpi 2.16 and have observed that sometimes,
unnecessary openhpi events are created during switch-over of
shelf-managers in ATCA. There are no System Event logs observed for
these openhpi events.
We suspect that this is because openhpi event log is not getting
cleared properly. We suspect that because these extra events are
related to some of the events that have occured previously.
Could you let us know if this scenario has been observed previously and
if there is a fix for it?
If not, could you please provide us some pointers on how to proceed
with fixing this issue on openhpi 2.16.
