Hi Santhosh,
I guess there can be two types of events during switchover:
- Events from the Virtual Shelf Manager Redundancy Sensor.
This sensor is HPI-xTCA mapping spec artifact and may have
no IPMI counterpart.
- Events from ordinary IPMI sensors.
This may happen if newly active Shelf Manager sends "Set Event Receiver"
to all known boards and the boards report last known sensor event state.
Ideally Shelf Manager should filter those events as duplicates and they
should not go
to the SEL.
And if you are using ipmidirect plug-in (which gets all new events by
reading SEL) then
your situation looks strange.
