The scenario is like this, In case of Atca blades
Atca Blade(MyApplcation --> OpenHPIDaemon) --> ShelfManager
If MyApplication has to re-establish a session with OpenHPIDaemon, what
is the time required?
If OpenHPIDaemon loses connectivity with ShelfManager;s OpenHPI, what
is the time required for OpenHPIDaemon to establish a connection with
ShelfManager?

On Linux system OpenHPI tries to reconnect after about 4 sec.
