Hi Naveen, Looks like this messages are coming when you enable Enclosure IP mode and perform the Manual Switch Over. For few minutes the OA will go to a state where you cannot login to Active OA(even through SSH). But after some time the OA will get restores to normal state and openhpid will re-discovers all resources successfully.

It appears that OpenHPI is losing connection to OA and tries to reconnect after few minutes. You could look at the routing table, do an ssh username@active_ip to see if that works well etc. Sorry, I am unable to pinpoint a single reason for the problem you are seeing.
