I think with MSI we can have a per-interface EQ in mthca. Main reason I'm not doing this is because I haven't figured out the right interface to pass this information to the low level driver yet. Maybe we should just assign EQs to CQs in a round-robin fashion for now, and just hope typical use allocates CQs sequentially. Worst case, we are back to where we are now, performance-wise.
