Ok, but how do you see this resolution manifesting itself tactically? My interpretation is that it is vague on one versus multiple efforts.
One of our fundamental challenges right now is understanding the best way to focus. We could resource one effort which attempts to solve two or three areas of focus at the same time or resource two or three smaller efforts which each target an area of focus and hopefully build upon each other.
