I propose that it remain out-of-scope for OpenID whether RP's want

add that, if a RP wants to have sex with *any* (human) user, there
are far deeper problems than OpenID will solve.

I propose a group to scoped to investigate attributes to describe
uploaded consciousnesses of bi orientation who are transitioning sex,
but can't stand listening to Poker Face. I'll edit the spec, if need
be. :)
