Problem SOLVED ! With an update to A07 Bios, the error disappeared.
Problems left: The Perc H310 (half-height) is not usable, we tried non-RAID with HBA Bios on/off, Disk convert-nonraid, no way. sas2flash does not see it, so no way to convert to IT mode, though we see a pci1000,73 with prtconf. Finally just connected to onboard sata-port 1, and disk was visible. Will sell the damned card on Ebay..... The C600/X79 chipset has no driver, but Openindiana runs, with no visible omission, USB, disk, DVD, graphics is all online.
