Hi Prasant, I suggest you modify the following line in bin/pkg-config in your SDK directory:
export PKG_CONFIG_LIBDIR=${SYSROOT}/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/pkgconfig:${SYSROOT}/usr/lib/pkgconfig:${SYSROOT}/usr/share/pkgconfig .. so that it includes the path to your Pango package index.
