Note that the webrev just contains the one modified file. As explained
in JBS I didn't see the point of posting a 30 Mbyte webrev consisting of
485 removed files. If you want to apply the actual patch, then you can
download the .patch.gz file.

There is no reason to keep them around in jfx mainline (they can still
be found in openjfx/10 as well as being in the hg history).
