The fix looks good. I agree with @Maran23 about adding extra checks in the
test, will re-approve should you decide to implement that.

Yes, I see drag events being created:

MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_PRESSED, x=322, y=142}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_DRAGGED, x=322, y=143}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_DRAGGED, x=322, y=145}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_DRAGGED, x=322, y=146}
MouseEvent{type=DRAG_DETECTED, x=322, y=146}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_DRAGGED, x=322, y=148}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_DRAGGED, x=322, y=149}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_DRAGGED, x=322, y=149}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_DRAGGED, x=322, y=149}
MouseEvent{type=MOUSE_RELEASED, x=322, y=149}

This is definitely unrelated to this PR, and will require some testing to
figure out a solution.
