So thanks very much for the assistance! Apparently the original coordinates I
was using that you showed me how to transform were actually working, it is
just sometimes when I perform the zoom in nothing was showing up but this is
just a problem I am having with tilecache. So it is working after I just
tested it by adding this layer with just one geometry for the parcel of this
address and not it is zooming correctly. Now I will just have to find a
tutorial to show me how to query my WFS with filters for each geometry since
I have many many parcels. Thanks again for the assistance.
