I am having some issues with my OpenLayers map. My first major issue is a problem with the map scales. The numbers seem to be way off. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my units or projections but I can't seem to track it down. I have added a "Zoom Level" button to my map viewer that displays the current scale. My second problem is the mousewheel and double-click zoom. When additional layers are added via my web application the map does not zoom where it should. There is some offset that changes depending on which layers I add.
A link to the portal I am working on (the development server) is: http://geolib-dev.rcg.usm.maine.edu/geonetwork/ To see the map viewer just click "Open Map Viewer" on the left. To add additional layers to see the zoom bug just click "Search" (no input necessary) and click "Display on Map" for whichever result you want to add. Once in the map viewer you can click "Zoom Level" which alerts map.getScale(). Just a quick note: the map viewer interface is being developed so just ignore any bugs or ugliness with that. To view the js source for the map viewer, just go to: http://geolib-dev.rcg.usm.maine.edu/geonetwork/modalMapSource.txt Again, this is a development server so this source is a little harsh on the eyes. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. ~Dan -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/Mousewheel-and-Double-Click-Zoom-Issues-and-Map-Scale-Issue-tp5557319p5557319.html Sent from the OpenLayers Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/openlayers-users
