Hi all

When the WMTS overlay layers are viewed in the Mozilla browsers, its working
fine. There is no pink tiles. When the same is viewed by IE or Chrome, along
with data, in the periphery , its showing the pink tiles. How to over come
this issue.

When i examine the problem, the url is returning 400 bad request in IE, in
turn it gives pink tiles. Where in the same get executed in Mozilla(with
exception text) and gives the transparent tiles in the viewer.

You can see the same behavior in the online openlayers 2.10 examples
(WMTS-getfeatureinfo.html) too. Is it a bug?
