Is the output of my getcapabilties request.. So I guess GML is not supported. 
If I output to XML though I am only still seeing one attribute. I do apologize 
for my lack of knowledge related to this and appreciate both your suggestions.

Or better still look in the getCapabilities response to see what
formats are supported by your server.
