I think open layers can read data present in a text file. So I can
input .txt file instead of an excel sheet.
My .txt file contains laitutde.longitude and radius values. My work is
restricted to only INDIA map . I want guidance in the following tasks:
1. Since my work is restricted only to INDIA area, are there any special
maps(specific to INDIA) to be loaded.
2. How to mark the points on the map with lat-long values in .txt file.
3. Then how to create circle around these points with radius also present in
.txt file(the main thing here is even the radius is present in .txt file
only)
