Most likely you use a commercial layer (Google, VE,...) with a map
projection EPSG:4326 instead of sphericalMercator EPSG:900913.

Hurray!! It is finally work. Now I have all files on server and it's ok, kml
file is finaly fetched into OpenLayers. It's good, but on the other hand for
me it is little bit sad. Anyway, new problem. Now, when I want to pan north
or south, lines in kml is mooving with me, and it's bad cause I need to have
all data in their coordinates :( It is like all kml file is flowing up on
the base layer :(
