Yes Geo enabled CMS and collaborative mapping are on the rise. there are a couple of other projects going in this direction too e.g: http://plone.org/products/collective.geo (the main focus is to bring geospatial capabilities into a CMS) http://geonode.org/ (sharing of geospatial information, mashup maps) http://cartodb.com/ (share geospatial information, mashup maps and data) to name just a few can you explain where your project fits in here and what it's main focus will be? I don't want to discourage you, quite on the contrary, but keep in mind that you have to find a niche where your product excels and delivers what the others cannot or want not provide > The project is at an early stage and is available to download at > http://marcoafonso.pt/miwiki/doku.php?id=en:start > > Considering the dimension of this project, I'm looking for people to > collaborate and test it. > > Cheers, > Marco Afonso > > > > _______________________________________________ > Users mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/openlayers-users > -- Best Regards, Christian Ledermann Nairobi - Kenya Mobile : +254 702978914 <*)))>{ If you save the living environment, the biodiversity that we have left, you will also automatically save the physical environment, too.
