We have had a rare bug hit us now and then, that appears to be quite
persistent. I know it isn't fun to read through someone else's setup and
troubles, but I am hoping to at least get some hints at what to look at
next.
My only comment would be, if you want reliable replication, use
delta-syncrepl.
