after that i try to insert

pwdMinAge: 0

pwdSafeModify: FALSE
sn: dummy value
it says
ldap_add: Invalid syntax (21)
additional info: pwdAttribute: value #0 invalid per syntax
.
and my slapdconf
include ppolicy overlay
