Personally I avoid SLES like the plague given their history of making non-backwards compatible changes to libc in patch releases. I'd also note that 2.4.41 is 8 years old, and the 2.4 series is historic and unsupported. I'd *strongly* advise you upgrade to running a modern supported release of OpenLDAP.
