Tim, I've tried to reproduce your test with a single text file. I'm not clear on exactly what you're seeing, but this is what I have (on Win7 x64): 1. [Select "Generic Document/Presentation"] 2. [Add Files...] [Select "And_Can_It_Be.txt"] 3. [Next] Progress page displays "Starting import... 0%" 4. OpenOffice Writer loads, and briefly appears with text file displayed. 5. OpenOffice Writer disappears. 6. Progress page displays "Finished import. 100%" I get exactly the same sequence of steps/events when running from trunk.
