Did some cleanup and removed websockets and powerpoint interface/event uses, and restructured the tests. Added thumbnail/notes support to stageview and added support for thumbnails of images in the webinterface.
There is still the question of how the ImageManager should handle dimensions, I haven't changed Felipes approach of using a string with the dimensions (eg.
