The challenge is how to merge this with the other changes we are currently doing and have planned in the 2.4 cycle. This change is far too big and disruptive to be merged as is when we want to get 2.2 out the door. The challenge is how to break this up into small usable chunks to allow reviews and safe implementation. Can you have a think how your changes can be chunked into small reviewable sections which can be discussed / approved and implemented.
