This issue is a feedback from users.
A new types of room is required. At this room every participant has a right for
giving exclusive audio.
Also there are special video windows. They have orange (or some another color,
but orange looks very good) header if the corresponding microphone is switched
on and the have usual header color if it is switched off.
And video windows also have an additional bottom panel colored like a header.
This panel is like status bar. It contains information about the microphone
state (on or off).
