New issue 1210 by tniemi: registerUserInit() and login.length()>=6 check in
case LDAP

If using LDAP, the openmeetings creates local user using registerUserInit()
function
(app/org/openmeetings/app/data/user/Usermanagement.java).
This function checks the user name length and function fails if the login
name is < 5 characters.
This is problematic in organizations which have users already defined and
if they are using short
login names.
