Thanks for your reply. I do have the time zone set correctly in my OpenMeeting profile. The person I invited was an external person, i.e., I sent the invitation to their work email address, both in iCal format and email format. The email message that was sent to them said Europe/Berlin, and it appeared on their Outlook calendar 9 hours after the time it appeared on my OpenMeetings calendar. Their Outlook time zone is Mountain time. The invited person also has a OpenMeeting Account with Mountain Time, but I do not think the invite went that way, since it was linked to his personal email address, and he got the invitation on his work email.
