It is a very useful thing to switch on/off microphone during a conference:
1) Every user has a special button at his video object window. If he clicks
on this button then his microphone becomes switched off. Another click
makes one swithed on again.
2) If a user is a moderator then he should have this button at every video
object window (windows of every user in a conference). So the moderator can
switch on/off microphones of every user controlling a conversation order of
the conference.
